Booking classes
Everything you need, in the order you will need it.
Joining your studio
Your studio has a code. It is usually on a card or poster at the front desk, printed with a square pattern you can scan with your phone's camera.
- Scan the code, or install the app and enter the code by hand.
- Create your account with your email address.
- The app shows you which studio the code belongs to before you join.
Some studios approve each person before they can book. If yours does, you will see a short wait and the studio will let you know.
The code takes you to a page offering the app. Install it, then scan the same code again. The second scan takes you straight in.
The waiver
Before your first booking your studio asks you to read and agree to its waiver and rules. You cannot book until you do, so it appears as soon as you sign in.
If your studio updates it later, you will be asked again. What you agreed to, and when, is recorded, so the old version is never lost.
Booking a class
- Open Schedule. Classes are grouped by day, starting today.
- Each class shows the time, how long it runs, who is teaching, and how many seats are left.
- Tap one to see more, then tap Book this class.
Booked classes are marked Booked on the schedule.
If booking does not work

When a class is full
A full class offers a waiting list instead. Join it and you will see your place in the queue.
If a seat opens, we book you into it automatically and tell you. You do not have to watch for it or claim it in time. If you cannot make it after all, cancel as you would any booking, so the seat goes to the next person.
Leaving the waiting list gives up your place, and rejoining puts you at the back.
Cancelling
Open the class, from either Schedule or My Classes, and cancel. The app always tells you what it will cost before you confirm.

The cutoff is your studio's choice, often around twelve hours. The app shows yours in the cancellation message.
If you neither attend nor cancel, your instructor records it and the class is treated the same as a late cancellation. Cancelling, even at the last minute, is always better: it gives the seat to someone waiting.
Your classes and your balance
My Classes shows what you have booked, soonest first, with your history below it. Each past class says what happened: attended, missed, cancelled, or late cancelled.
A booking that came off a waiting list says so, so an unfamiliar class in your list is never a mystery.
Your balance is either a number of classes left or an unlimited membership with an end date. Both are added by your studio when you pay them. Nothing is ever charged inside the app.
Messages and reminders
Messages keeps everything the studio has told you: booking confirmations, cancellations, and when a seat opened up for you. Every message is kept here even if you have notifications switched off, so nothing is ever only in a notification you missed.
Text messages
Ask the front desk to switch these on. They take your number, and then your phone asks you to confirm before anything is sent. That confirmation is there to stop a mistyped digit sending your class times to a stranger.
You can switch them off yourself at any time, and that takes effect immediately. Switching them back on means asking the desk again.
More than one studio
One login covers every studio you belong to. Tap the studio name at the top of the screen to switch between them.
Each studio is separate. Your classes, balance, history and waiver live with that studio and are not shared, and neither studio can see your membership at the other.
To add another, open the studio list and choose to join one with its code.
